Call for Abstracts
Academicians, researchers and practicing professionals are invited to submit abstracts on the conference themes: All submitted abstracts will undergo review by a panel of experts. Accepted abstracts will be presented by the author as either an oral presentation or a poster. Upon the acceptance of abstracts, the authors should submit full papers, which will be peer reviewed and selected papers, after Springer’s quality check, shall be published by Springer as a book volume.
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online abstract submission system: EquinOCS by Springer Nature (https://equinocs.springernature.com/service/egrwse-2025)
Instructions for abstract submission
1. Access to the EquinOCS (Springer Nature) system for the submission of your abstract.

2. Click on “your submissions” or “submit now” to start the submission of your abstract
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
For abstract submission you have to provide the following information:
- Title of your abstract
- Abstract (~200 words)
- Category (choose among the available topics in the dropdown menu)
- Keywords (5 keywords separated by comma)
- Authors (in order, select the corresponding author)
- Paper (do not upload PDF file of your paper, it is not required for abstract submission)
- Comments (optional)
4. Click on Submit paper

Full Paper Submission
Authors with accepted abstracts now have the option to submit a full paper through the equinOCS system [https://equinocs.springernature.com/service/egrwse-2025]. While full paper submission is optional, we strongly encourage all authors to take advantage of this opportunity to publish their work in the proceedings book, edited by Springer Nature. The proceedings will be indexed in major databases, including Scopus and Web of Science.
We invite you to prepare your full paper according to the schedule by February 15, 2025. The paper should meet the Springer editorial requirements. Here you can find the instructions and templates to prepare your full paper for the proceedings book (Detailed guidelines will be emailed to the authors).
We recommend using the abstract template or the sample paper to format your own paper. The maximum extension of full papers is 8 pages (formatted with the template or the sample paper). For invited/keynote presentations the paper extension is 15-20 pages.
How to submit the full paper
Please note that all paper submissions should be made through the EquinOCS platform following these steps:
1. Access the EquinOCS system for EGRWSE-2025:
2. Click on YOUR SUBMISSIONS
3. Identify your abstract/paper on the screen and click on SUBMIT NEW VERSION
4. You may now edit your submission. Please ensure that the authors, title, abstract, and keywords are correct and match those in your full paper.
4.1. Upload your full paper as a PDF file.
4.2. If you have previously uploaded any PDF file (such as the abstracts or an earlier version of the full paper), please, delete that file and upload the new PDF file containing your full paper.
5. Accept the terms of use and finalize your submission by clicking on SUBMIT PAPER.
Full paper review
All submissions will undergo a rigorous review process, and plagiarism check conducted by Springer. Please note that the content of your full paper must be original and unpublished.
When submitting your full paper, please ensure it is properly formatted according to the Springer Nature guidelines. Attention to this formatting detail is crucial to avoid delays in the review and final acceptance of your paper.
License to publish
During the review process, we will provide the “License to Publish” associated with full paper publication in the proceedings book, which you need to fill in and sign before the final acceptance of your paper.
Registration
We offer a variety of registration options to accommodate different needs and preferences. Whether you are an author presenting your latest research, a student, or an attendee without a presentation, we have a registration category that suits you. Below are the details for each registration type:
Registration Categories
Delegate with regular registration fee
This category is designed for authors who wish to present their latest research findings. It involves the submission of an abstract, which will be presented at the conference as a poster or oral presentation. Delegates who choose this option will enjoy all the conference sessions, workshops, and activities. This option includes full access to all sessions, conference materials, and social events.
Student with reduced registration fee
Recognizing the importance of supporting the next generation of researchers, we offer a reduced registration fee for students. This category allows access to all conference sessions and activities. It also involves the submission of an abstract, which will be presented at the conference as a poster or oral presentation.
Attending delegate with no presentation/poster, regular registration fee
This category, with a regular registration fee, is designed for academics, industry professionals, and others who wish to attend the conference without presenting any work or posters. Attending delegates will be able to participate in all sessions and activities, benefiting from the learning and networking opportunities the conference offers, without the need to make a presentation.
Note: If you’re attending the conference with accompanying persons, please provide their details during the registration process. We offer a discounted fee for accompanying persons, allowing them to participate in all conference events (presentation or publication not included).

We kindly request you to complete your registration (before April 15, 2025). Early registration is required to confirm your presentation slot in the program. Presentations without complete registration will be removed from the schedule. Registration is also required to include your full paper in the proceedings book.
